The aviation consulting practice of Moncrieff Management was established in 1986 by Richard S. Fisher. Since then, Moncrieff Management has acquired substantial experience in Canada, the United States, and abroad, successfully completing a wide variety of studies for airports, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, regulatory agencies and international banks and institutions.

Moncrieff Management is registered with the Canadian Government (Transport Canada and CIDA) as well as most international institutions such as ICAO, the World Bank (IBRD), the Asian Development Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank.
